To John's METALLICA page, this is one of many fansites in the web. But I am trying to make this the best. So all input and help you can give me to realize this is welcome. Only don't say I have to put up some mp3 files, because I can't do that on this server that I am on. You wanna hear Metallica, then you will just have to put on a CD. What's been happening with Metallica? Pictures AND a video!
Navigation on this new site is some different then you are used, as you can see there are no more buttons on the left and no more stars either. I got this new selector in the upper left corner, just pick your section and click go. This is on every page, so no more returning to this page too get to another section.

For those who give a shit, here is something about myself. My name is John and I am from the Netherlands, I was born in 1965. I have been a huge Metallica fan since the time that I went to a concert with my older brother and some of his fellow students. That concert was in the Groenoordhal on 5 November 1988 here in the Netherlands, I had the kill 'em all album then already and listened to it on a regular basis. But after seeing the energy from these four guys on stage, I was hooked to this band, and I will stay hooked on this band forever.

I bought the ohter albums and started to collect some other stuff too, I don't buy everything because then I wouldn't have enough room I think. But I have some picture discs and the live shit box, and a S&M box, some imported cd's. And the latest adition to my collection is of course the St. Anger album and the Damage Inc. Statue, very cool piece of art that.

Been to 13 concerts/festivals so far from Metallica, and loved every single one of them. Last time was the Gelredome in Arnhem on 8 June 2006, there was a great vibe going on there. Great concert again from the best live band on the planet, 20th anniversary for Master of Puppets, so they played the whole album. Only never got to meet the guys personally yet, hope that will happen someday.
